COVID-19 Policies

Museum Visitation

Effective March 2, 2022, face coverings are optional for all visitors per new CDC guidelines. Please note that some events may still require masks and proof of vaccination based on artist requirements.

Public Programs

Individual program safety requirements may vary by location, capacity, and other factors. Please see individual program descriptions for more information.

Refund, Exchange, and Online Ticketing FAQs

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

In the event of a museum closing or cancellation of a program, guest ticket orders will be refunded. Call the Inclement Weather line to check on any cancellations: (479) 657-2488.

Exchanges of equal value may be made prior to five business days from the ticketed event. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed. Tickets are sold on a first-­come, first-­served basis.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Become a member!

What if I need to cancel my enrollment for a class or workshop? Can I get a refund?
Enrollment fees are refunded if the cancellation is made more than five business days prior to the class or workshop. Please note: No refunds are issued if the cancellation is made less than five business days prior to a class or workshop.

If I need to cancel my enrollment, can I receive credit to attend another class in the future?
We do not issue class credits toward future sessions; however a refund is issued if the cancellation is made more than five business days prior to the class or workshop (see previous question).

What if I need to switch my enrollment to a different class?
Exchanges of equal value may be made prior to five business days from the ticketed event. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed and is subject to a first­-come, first-­served basis. If class fees are not equal, a full refund will be made for the canceled class, and a new order will be processed for the alternate class.

What if a class is canceled?
Classes that do not reach minimum enrollment will be canceled and fees will be fully refunded.

What if I lost, damaged, or could not print my ticket?
An original receipt or order number will be required to provide a replacement ticket. Print your confirmation email, or write down the order number provided in the confirmation email. Please present this at the Guest Services desk or call Guest Services at (479) 657-2335.

Who do I contact if I have technical difficulties ordering tickets online?
Please call Guest Services at (479) 657-2335. Due to high call volume, please leave a detailed message, and your call will be returned in the order it was received.

Privacy

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. Each party hereby irrevocably consents to exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas, for the determination of any issue arising under these Terms and Conditions or between you and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. You stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts and covenant not to assert any objection to proceeding in such Courts.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art harmless from all claims, causes of action, allegations, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), judgments, liabilities, losses, and damages arising from or relating to your use of or operation of this site.

Photography

You are welcome to take photographs or video of works in the permanent collection for personal use provided that no tripod/monopod or flash is used. Temporary exhibitions may not allow photography. Please check for signage about restrictions as you enter a temporary exhibition, or ask a Gallery Guide. Permits are required for professional portrait photography or video inside the museum and commercial photography or video inside and outside the museum. To ensure a positive experience for you, while maintaining a pleasant experience for our many guests, please be aware of the rules, guidelines, and permit processes provided below.

Use of Drones on Museum Grounds
To ensure the safety of visitors and the property, drones are not permitted on the museum’s trails and grounds. If aerial photos are needed for commercial or press purposes, advanced permission is required. In addition, the operator must have a valid FAA license and liability insurance.

Promotional Photography Notice / Implied Consent
Visiting Crystal Bridges or participating in Crystal Bridges’ programs constitutes an agreement by the visitor or participant and/or the parent or guardian to allow the museum to photograph or film visitors or program participants, without compensation, for possible use in publicity.
