Chef’s Table Experience
Globally inspired, locally sourced.
Chef’s Table is a coveted interactive dining experience like no other in Northwest Arkansas. Treat yourself and 25-50 guests to a four-course meal of uncommon, yet contemporary, American cuisine. The menu changes with the seasons to highlight the freshest regional ingredients. Our head chef’s dishes, set against the intimate backdrop of Jeff Koons’s Hanging Heart, have the power to create an unforgettable shared experience among guests. We promise to offer you a remarkable and memorable culinary journey.
During your meal, enjoy a lively conversation with our head chef of Eleven, on topics ranging from ingredients, wine and cooking techniques, inspirations behind each dish, and the art of creating five-star cuisine. We can accommodate a broad range of dietary needs and preferences. Please let us know if any guests in your party have dietary restrictions or allergies.
The four-course menu is $75 per person. Inquire about beverage packages if you’d like to add on a cocktail hour, wine pairing or bar experience. Advance reservations are required.
We have an appreciation for our history, the region, and tradition. We are proud of our local farmers and ranchers, those who have done the work to get such delicious ingredients through our kitchen door. Our head chef’s goal is to make as much of what is used from scratch as possible – we think that is what makes cuisine authentic. We locally source our ingredients from farms throughout the region. Always fresh, always inventive.
We take safety seriously. We will customize your wedding or event to meet health guidelines for venues provided by the state of Arkansas. The special event and culinary teams follow strict cleaning and sanitization protocols and will work with clients to ensure the space and capacity are aligned to accommodate each event with proper distancing. If guests do not have face coverings, we will provide masks on site.
