Calling all green thumbs, nature lovers, and folks who just like having fun outdoors: Crystal Bridges is bringing back the Garden Party!
As part of our September Nature Weekend, we invite you to explore a landscape of nature-themed, creative fun for all ages! Come enjoy hands-on artmaking, nature activities, tasty refreshments by Eleven and local food trucks, live music on the trails, and more.
Free, no registration required.
Per the CDC’s updated guidelines, we are now requiring all guests ages 2 and up and staff to wear a face covering indoors and while attending outdoor programs, except while eating or drinking. Masks will be available upon entry for those who do not have one. We will observe social distancing during this program.

Want to keep the party going? Join Compton Gardens and Arboretum site manager Meagan Love for a tour of Dr. Compton’s historic garden to learn more about native plants, champion trees, and more. Group tours will begin at the entrance to Dr. Neil Compton’s home located at 312 N. Main St. Tours will take place at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1 p.m.. Be sure to bring water and comfortable walking shoes.
